Refund policy

We want you to love everything you order from JingleJar. If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact our support team with your order number and we'll walk you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.
